3:55 - DeadAlive.(season eight) Scully (and her mom) at Mulders Funeral.

The Pilot- Mulder is telling her his theory and she's laughing in his face! lol- he doesn't seem to mind though- What a great start to the partnership. :) It should also be noted that she actually believes him. Or atleast goes along with his theory to see if he can prove it right.

No, that's from Sein Und Zeit - part one of the season seven two-parter. It was right after Scully told Mulder that his mother killed herself. (He knew she was dead, but thought there was some kind of conspiracy behind it and asked Scully to perform and autopsy. The continuation is Closure, when Mulder finally learns what happened to his sister.

I love the x files, originally watched it in my teen years - all 9 seasons, then last year i did a X files fest, got all 9 seasons watched in a couple of weeks (sad i know!!) X files certainly was the best thing ever to grace our tv screens! Nothing will ever quite compare to it.

@KTMb10 You asked what episodes in Season 9 are essential to Mulder and Scully's relationship. In my opinion, I'd say those episodes are: Nothing Important Happened Today I & II, Trust NO 1, Provenance & Providence, Jump the Shark (not really about M&S, but it's about the LGM so it's fun), William, and The Truth I & II. They all have something to do with M & S specifically or (their child William). Hope that helps.
