Very nice Charlie. I have an exceptionally good (brilliant) clip of this piece that also provides all of the history of how and why Beethoven composed it. Did you know that he was stone deaf when he did? Anyhow, if you would like me to send it to you drop me a private note with your email address and I'll get it away to you. Anyone else who would like to have a copy is invited to do so too.
Lots of stars for your effort.
Love
Lalita

When I play this piece properly ( not to fast and emotionally right ) the feeling is amazing. It's easy to hammer it out but to make it sound like Charlie does is rare.

Oh wow! Danny Wright has to see this! :) Hey Charlie, how about playing Pachelbel's Canon in D? I'm sure it's going to be an easy piece for you.
Keep up the good work Charlie! And never forget to play from the heart. <3

A wonderful achievement, Dear Charlie! Someone
wrote that it was an "easy" work and I strongly disagree. There are numerous traps: very hard to memorize, difficult to play at the right tempo, hard to make the music flow with regularity. These difficulties are part of a "secret and mysterious virtuosity". There is no "showing off" but "feeling right" and that is what you do, Charlie, with great care and beautiful inspiration.......Wonderful video!

So right to the point! This piece really is never a show piece but a "feel" piece. I'm glad that you like Charlie's playing!

Wonderful! Is he planning to work on the rest of the sonata? I'm sure he'd enjoy the third movement =)

I've been trying to entice him to do it but for some reason he's not interested much in Mv III. He used to love fast pieces, but now his favorites are deeply emotional pieces like October, Moonlight ...
