Still not as good as Marianne Faithfull !

CAN YOU IMAGINE A RICHARDS WRITTING IT?

@Miodragy When I would have more time I will, for sure, listen to more songs of this artist, as I find her voice very magical. So, I may change my mind when I adopt more to her style of singing, but for now its quite bizarre and unacceptable.

@DeShannoninmyheart Thank you for yours kind replay! Its a matter of taste and from comments below yours taste perspective is much more common and therefore more objective. However as I already said its matter of taste perspective. For instance original one is by far the best to me, miss Sinatra has nice voice but she is singing it in some funk style, which is not proper for a sad song so it does not give proper emotion of whole composition.

Quite a moment for me. This was the first song I remember hearing, where I said dam, music has an impact, stays with you, and can be cool... I was too young to know how lovely Jackie DeShannon was...

Jackie is a wonderful singer and composer. This is just terrific to see -- wish it were longer!

Thank goodness - I thought I was the only Jackie DeShannon fan left in the world. Much of your videos I have never seen before as they were never shown in the UK, Thanks for putting them on.
The color of her voice intonation is very nice, however the way she is singing is very bad. This is the worst version of this song I have heard so far, but ironically it could be the best if she would sing it properly.
I didn't mean to be hateful about this artist, I am just amazed by this very rare combination of beautiful voice and bad singing.

@Miodragy I understand what you mean, but I think it's very charming the way she sort of stretches the words.

@DeShannoninmyheart Check out these four songs on my site. Four songs with “four different voices”. I hope you’ll like her singing on these, otherwise I’ll give up, LOL! (Unfortunately YouTube wouldn’t accept when I tried to write addresses to each link.)
Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right (1963)
Don’t Doubt Yourself Babe (Version II) (1965)
Francoise (1971)
I Wanted It All (1975)
