  • You know that don't surprise me. Individual difference not withstanding the product does work. How exactly that is still a debatable question. Certainly manufactures claims are unsupported by science. But Creatine in itself is a very well documented ergogenic supplement.

  • Wow, I'm convinced!!!@!1 I wonna buy 37 gallons of whatever ur selling!!! lolzzzz

  • I am not selling anything, and you should read the article if you actually want to know what i did. It isn't just using Kre-Alkalyn and suddenly i got better.

  • placebo effect. no magic creatine supplement can substitute for hard work. do you want to know why your cross got lower? because you probably worked your ass off for that month and built muscle the old fashioned way.

  • I have been using Kre-Alkalyn for one week. Usually i can only squeak out 3 sets of dips at 10-8-8 reps. After a week I can bang out 3 sets of 15 no problem. And I'm a girl.

  • @ValsGym and also the clones need to be in the same physique and sleeping / diet blablablabalbla :p

  • @Kanashto

And because that will not happen, take the results with a BIG as spoon of one man 1 persons results.

  • To truly make this test legit we need clones, at least 2. Then a placebo and and a true tester

  • @srgymnast1 probably, my bet too.

  • @LUKEYTHEKID2112

Well so the makers claim, however since i didn't (and also from anacdotal reports) get really noticeable benefits till about 2 weeks use (Basically loading cycle)..So yeah. THe other benefit is that is that its absorbed quicker, and is also more pure. However again unsubstantiated claims.

  • @TheGymPress an "unloading cycle"? I thought that the good thing about kre-alkalyn was that you didn't have to cycle it...do you just not have to do the initial high volume like with monohydrate?

  • Great Creatine! Kre Alkalyn is the stuff to use
