@joelflores619 again the race card--more blacks in prison cause the prison system is racist against them--who is the blame for their social conditions--poverty--and racism---the black male is at the top of the list of the people to commit crimes--followed by hispanics--white males are far less likely to commit crimes--remember the white male pop. is far higher than blacks and hispanics--when 2 groups make up 20% of all pop. in U.S. and are responcable for 70% of prisoners--THATS A BLACK PROBLEM!
