China Town Test Pekingsoppa

Test of Hot & Sour soup at China Town in end of august 2007.
We tested one soup, but we did have an chinese friend with us for the test.
Hot & Sour soup is generaly called Pekingsoppa (Beijing Soup) in Swedish. Sometimes it is called Chinees goulash soup.
There are thrree types of Pekingsoppa, the soy one, the sweet and sour, and the most rare, the tomato tasting.
