nah, it is the new year. at 1:51 minute mark, their sign says it's the new year celebration....the thing is, this one was hosted by hmong carolina incorporated. there's not that many people here. whereas, the one on thanksgiving day weekend is also a new year. it's much much bigger and it's hosted by southeast puav pheej.
