In Ottawa we have an extensive (and expensive) bike system. Not content with that, cyclists want control of the roadways as well. In the winter, these morons think it's safe to ride on ice and snow with thin bicycle tires. Then they wonder why they get killed.
And before you cyclists start whining, I'll like to point out that cyclists rarely follow the rules of the road. I see idiot cyclists riding at night in black clothes, no lights and no reflectors. But they have a helmet on...idiots.

Hmm. Roads are for cars busses and trucks? So bikes are supposed to be on the sidewalk? Funny because when I ride my bike on the sidewalk I have a police officer stop me all the time saying that bikes are too big for sidewalks. If not a cop stopping me then it's just angry citizens. BMX bikes are JUST under the height limit for bikes on sidewalks. But I ride a normal bike.
