After i choose language and click next it brings me to a blank web page with the blackberry logo at the top, and there is no download or option to download :S

@cornflakes11 and @HDZoHaaN Can you both try a battery pull? Remove the battery from the device while it's switched on. After 5 minutes replace the battery and attempt the download again. If it fails check the software you are running on the device. Make sure it's up to date. Once up to date try the download again. Do you have the same issues?

my app world has crashed on a screen and say installing blackberry identity and it being doing it for 2days now help please

@plonka1989 Have you removed the battery from the phone? After pulling the battery do you get the same screen when it powers back on?
