Rant on YouTube Layout Feature: Experimental Homepage Sucks!

and another thing: give us the option to get rid of "what's trending," "spotlight," and "featured videos." I don't need them holding my hand to show me what 's out there!

I've started unsubscribing from channels to make the homepage more viewable and I've messaged the owners to let them know why. You Tube may not listen to us as users, but when partners start complaining about lost subscriptions, they may have to listen. Also, there are alternatives out there: metacafe, dailymotion and veoh are a few.
