Joe: *flipping through the channels*

Demi: *knocks on Joe's window*

Joe: Demi? *gets up and opens the window* how the hell did you get up here?

Demi: Tree *climbs in his room*

Joe: are you alright?

Demi: Yes *kisses him*

Joe: *waits till she's pulls away from the kiss to put his hand on her forehead* Your not hot. are you drunk?

Demi: Joe i'm fine i swear i just wanted to see you.

Joe: what about your dad?

Demi: he's sleeping. are your parents home? should i be whispering?

Joe: no they're both working.

Demi: good, i hate whispering *kisses him again*

Joe: *pulls away* what happens if your dad wakes up and your not there.

Demi: let me worry about that. Can you just enjoy the fact at i missed you?

Joe: ... fine *peck her lips* what would you like to do?

Demi: lets watch a movie

Joe: Okay go pick one out *points to his pile of movies and sits on the couch* (Demi picks out a movie, something she's never seen and i hope her and try not to fall asleep. i was tired it's been a long day. I can see Demi was tired too by the way she fell asleep in my arms. i shake her.) you should go home babe

Joe: your really pushing your luck Dems.

Demi: i hate home. *holds tight to Joe like a teddy bear*

Joe: i know but your the one that doesn't want to leave your dad.

Demi: he loves me

Joe: (i hold back the 'YEAH RIGHT' that was crawling up my throat and just kiss her forehead* come on i'll walk you.

Demi: carry me?

Joe: sure get downstairs first (Demi sure agrees and we slowly walk downstairs. Once we made it to the last step her arms wrap around me and she jumps on my back as if were in middle school and it was the cute thing to do. she hums to me while i walk. She wasn't heavy but like i said i was tired. When we made it to her house she stands and takes a good look at her house. This is the most she's been awake in the past hour. Her eyes search the windows looking for movement. She kisses my cheek then walks up to her house and climbs the tree by her window. In my head i went over what i would do it i saw the lights in the stairwell go on, that would mean the jackass is up and ready to teach Demi a lesson. I like to think i'd be able to wait for the cops to come and help me but truth be told i don't even think i'd think to call them. i would just run in and try my best to get a few hits away from her. I'm going to save her one day soon i swear i'm going to get her out of this town and take her to a place she'd never never have to feel pain again. First she needs to want to go.)

Demi: good morning, Dad?

Dad: Kitchen

Demi: *goes into the kitchen* your dressed.

Dad: and washed

Demi: your leg

Dad: stayed outside of the tub. Wasn't fun but i'm clean

Demi: wow

Dad: i'm going back to work today

Demi: you are? i thought You weren't allowed to cause of the case.

Dad: how am i going to make the judge see that i'm suited for you if i'm not working?

Demi: Dad this whole case thing is a waste of time i turn 18 soon and then the case goes out the window, Just lay low and hope they don't choose a court date in the next two months.

Dad: 18? already?

Demi: (amazing what you miss when your drunk huh?)

Dad: wow.

Demi: i better get to school

Dad: alright, have a good day
