If there is one thing that stands out in this year's KCPE results, it is the drop in the top candidate's score from 460 last year, to 438 out of the possible 500 this year. Kenya National Examination Council Secretary General Paul Wasanga however says despite the drop in the individual top score, general performance of the total candidature improved compared to last year. Girls though seem to have taken a bow in favor of the boys this year. Here is Sylvia Chebet with the changing trends in KCPE results.

  • the number of male in top 10 position is 12 and the number of female in top 10 position is 6. Can somone please explain
