The sashimi is alive!

I caught this fish at a restaurant in Tokorozawa, Saitama with my host family, the Asahi's. There was actually had a man-made pond in the restaurant. After you catch the fish the waitress takes it from you, prepares it, and delivers it to your table like this. My fish's tale was still twitching for sometime after it was delivered to the table.
