This video introduces three kicks that are found in kata at the intermediate level of Shotokan karate but that are not generally practiced as often as maybe they should be. The kicks are hiza-geri, mikazuki-geri and nami-ashi.
@brian14021994 haha me too! I've been practicing for about 3 months. In april I'm going to get on kickbox and alter on mma probably. But I'll always keep the mind of true karateka and that is most important for me.

That last move is a great answer to Muay Thai leg kicks. Much better than checking the strike.
