This video is a summary about persona and mindfulness.

Persona - a social role - is a definition of a character with different roles. An individual has many personas, which they cause strains between subjectivism and objectivism, that shape and distort his or her perception of a reality.

Mindfulness - the active awareness of the soul - is the answer to distorted personas. Overwhelmed and frustrated, personas can take over an individual's reality to the point that a mental breakdown occurs. Using approaches of mindfulness to be aware of an individual's objectivism and subjectivism and to heal personas to their proper place.

I want let you know that your vlog helped me understand more why many people are not really themselves. I do change masks myself, too. I stopped using too much mask as I changed my belief. Only mask I have to change when I see family because I cannot share some specific information with them.
