  • When i do this, i feel the stretch in the hamstring of the leg that's up in the air, and can't feel the hip flexor at all

  • @dinkaDPB

Eyesight has nothing to do with flexibility or posture...

Get your bro-science out of here.

  • people who wear glasses pratically never have good posture. bad posture can lead to worse eyesight and other problems

he doesn't carry his head level. he should be able to keep his head upright with the ears lined up with the eyes in a horizontal line. but he rarely has this happening

  • Yes it is noticeable that his shoulders are not upright. Most of the U.S. has lost much of its manliness. We'll gain it back. We're tired of listening to the crap about womens' rights. No one has helped those who needed help by stooping to their level. It's time to think for ourselves, only. Once we get our bodies corrected, then our mind follows. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to flexing the body, but gad, those shoulder need to be released upward. Not easy to do..

  • @2bestrong thanks doc

  • have u noticed his shoulders are like / \ instead of - -

  • Thanks for this videos, they are very helpfull :)

  • Groovy. You even a free makeup lesson before your good posture lesson.

  • Great video on stretching the hip flexor, and a key stretch in correcting an anterior pelvic tilt, which is one cause of lower spinal lordosis.

  • Ta doc-)
