Transformative Leadership -- by adopting certain patterns, the leadership can change the way individuals behave in an organization. Leadership is about flexibility and fluidity. It is about being completely open to new ideas and adopting different stances at different points of time.

R. Ravi is the Chief Advisor and Mentor of Aashwasan Life Enhance Services and Chairman of Epiance, a software product company. His education history includes B.Tech (IIT Chennai), M.Tech (IIT Delhi), ICWAI (Inter) Degree, PMPI Diploma and CQA Diploma.




Passionate about transforming people by bringing their best out, he developed unique courses, which have widely appreciated in India and abroad. Some of the courses which he relishes to deliver are "Adversity", "Art or War" and "Transformative Leadership". He also authored 11 volumes of Interactive Physics that has been widely subscribed to and followed.




He has trained over 10,000 people and conducted hundreds of programmes spanning 15 years.
