  • @freestonedoug Yeh, some HD videos play fine others lag. Strange eh?

  • @CircleofShit ok, could well be my settings or that not many people have viewed my video yet.

are other videos on youtube like this for you?

  • @freestonedoug I have a mid range Nvidia card (GT 240). Yeh fully updated with JAVA. Maybe its youtube?

  • @CircleofShit

What about your graphics card and are you fully updated with java etc?

we're with a fairly fast telecom connection

  • @freestonedoug My PC isn't slow, its a quad core with 4GB or RAm. I dunno, even watching your video at 1080 it lags, same as mine. Maybe its the connection? Who you with? I'm with Telstraclear.

  • @CircleofShit nearly the same settings, "I always set mine to (1440 x 1080) you can go higher its up to you but my vids always lag if I go any higher."

I set mine to the highest setting and nothing went wrong. What do you mean by 'lag'? Is your computer to slow?

  • @freestonedoug Just watching it now. Looks great. Did you sue the settings I gave you or a different one? Looks super sharp in 4:3 :)

  • @CircleofShit just the cat, but you've seen that right?

  • @freestonedoug I wish I had a HD TV, I still have a CRT widescreen tv :(

did you try uploading any of your vids in HD?

  • @CircleofShit

Indeed, i have done my own physical research with both types...

I plugged the camera directly into our 1080i (progressive tv- so 24p looks stunning)

at first, 24p's quality is outstanding... but as you move the camera around you notice how slow it is.

If i make a short film it will be in 24p, but thats only because i muck round with a tripod etc avoiding any judders (and it looks more like a movie).
