  • My god, he's crowding that pan. He's boiling that fish! There's no way to get a good sear on that fish with all of those aromatics. It totally reduced the temp in that pan. Bad demo! Not to mention sweet potato needs a lot more time to finish cooking than the Chile-Bass.

  • @LeMeilleurDresseur lol but Chilean sea bass is a favorite among seafood lovers so it might be hard to reduce the demand for it....not to mention its really good when its cooked right.
