Yes. They are. They are also too stupid to realize that special interest groups and lobbyists write all their policies foreign and domestic. They are ignorant because education is pushing a brainwashing socialist agenda. They federally fund public education to the point where the wipe out all other funding competition. Then when they have the schools in their pockets, they force "goals 2000" and other bullshit doctrine to be used for teaching. They don't even know what money is.
