XENTEC flickers just like this, and they are also sold on ebay. I find this video funny all around.

The flickering gets fixed with an anti flicker capacitor, this flickering usually happens to newer vehicles

DO NOT BUY XENTEC KITS THEY ARE GARBAGE I HAVE BOUGHT A COUPLE KITS THEY ALL FLICKER.

i bought a pair of Xentec slim 5000k and the left "bounces" like crazy!

I changed my ballasts earlier tonight and had no problem at all! Bulbs worked perfectly. The ballasts are the problem.

@casperdre I have bought 4 more kits from the same brand and they do NOT fliker.. I think some of the will, some wont.. idk

@nandiito just installed mine last week and the right side flickers all the time. I have another pair of ballasts so I''ll try changing them and see what happens.

looks like you just slowly tapped the bulb for the eBay kits, not buying it.
you guys need to make your spade connectors more durable, granted this was over 2 years ago when i installed them on my friends genesis coupe... but the spade connectors i remember being hella pliable and they ended up breaking and the hids started flickering.
had to t-tap the connections and for headlamps with internal wiring, it is a real PITA.
