Another Keener Original. This one is called Tricky because I play a trick in how it's played: although I play it in A minor, the tuning is DADF#BE. Strange huh? The reason I did it the way I did is because of the natural harmonics I do in D(7) on the 12th fret. Once I had decided on that, then I decided to write the rest of the tune to take full advantage of the D tuning, but it all started with the 12th fret lick.

  • @jack34695 Thanks Michael. I was just piddling in the D tuning when the beginning licks popped into my head. I tinkered with that for a while and then decided to go ahead and make a tune of it by coming up with a few more licks.
