SHEET MUSIC: http://img34.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=beautifulgirlsbrassquin.tif

Hey, once again I pitched down one of the trumpet parts in lieu of a real tuba. There are 12 audio tracks to this but 5 of those are clapping tracks. The only reason why I didn't put video of the clapping tracks is because it looks stupid. Audio edited with Sony Acid and video edited with Sony Vegas. Please rate, comment, subscribe and enjoy.

  • Pitching the trumpet down two octaves for the tuba is too much... one octave down might sound better.

  • @lazyeddie04 I disagree, pitching down one octave sounds really unnatural. I intentionally play it two octaves up so I can get a more realistic tuba sound.

    Thanks for watching!

(Fortunately I am getting rid of all pitch shifting in my upcoming videos!)

  • what key are you in?? the song is in A but i don't think you played it so

  • @runnyonions I played it in Bb, it lays better for brass in Bb.

    Thanks for watching!

  • Dude, you are my idol. You are an extremely good musician. How long have you been playing the trumpet? I've been playing the trumpet for about 7 years now.

  • Thanks!

I have been playing for about 10 years now.

  • very very good *-*

  • @hurricaneajm It is good to get experience on other instruments, but I must disagree about learning other brass instruments. Apart from a few specialist cases I'm sure very few professionals play multiple unrelated instruments - and I have never heard of a Horn player also playing Trumpet in a pit, nor a Tuba ever being present in a pit band per say!

  • @pilchard96 Playing different size mouthpieces can certainly mess with your playing, but it's no reason to discourage learning the other brass instruments. In fact, by learning another instrument, you can apply new lessons and techniques to your primary instrument. Also, many professionals often double on other brass instruments especially in situations like Broadway pit performers. It's really common to see the bass trombone player double on tuba, or a trumpet player double on horn.

  • trombone: stand by me???
