A rare event takes place on the NS Delmarva Secondary Branch.

The amtrak workshuttle heads to the shops with no equipment and heads back to the yards with no equipment. The reason is because they needed to do some switching to make enough room for the next train that brings equipment over to the shops. The unit leading on the first run is GP38H-3 #523 the second unit is GP15D #575. The unit leading in the second run is the GP15D.
