  • I do not know what your are talking about? We play music in our background but not Gospel?

  • Bubble blowing was developed for our program by two Physicians! It is helpful for opening up the Lymphatic System which is part of your immune system, helps you breathe better, decreases stress and anxiety. Do you have any of those????

  • You are to blow bubbles for that long a period of time to help open the Lymphatic nodes in the Thorax and abdominal area

  • You are welcome, try to do the exercises everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening.

  • why are those gospel singers in your room.

  • Um.....maybe I'm just a very quick study, but I did not require a full 2 min., 39 sec. demo on how to blow bubbles...LOL! I did take notes though, on other exercises & appreciate the info.

  • Thank you for taking your time and helping people out. I will be using these exercises for my TOS.

  • This is very helpful! Thank you!
