The wavering is not from an inferior camera. It is because this particular siren has 2 motors in it that spin at slightly different speeds. It actually sounds very nice.

are you thinking about video taping 2001s, eclipse 8s, DSAs, Modulators, T-128s, T-121s, Whelens, or any other model sirens still being made

Great install! I'll bet a system of these all running in attack would be crazy spooky.
I'm curious what the cream colored box is on the opposite side of the pole from the battery box.
