  • He's using the German spelling, obviously. (Look at the name of the orchestra). 'W' sounds like 'V' in German.

    I'm actually just watching this video for the final chord, but I still do like this part. This, after the Rite of Spring, is my favorite Stravinsky work.

  • Actually it's up to interpretation, since his name is Russian. They have to translate from the cyrillic text.
