I don't think I've met anybody above the age of twelve who DIDN'T know that George Washington & Thomas Jefferson owned slaves.
That out of the way, this was pretty good. If you make a version with the wigs and poofy clothing, it might make it to some History Channel project.
But if I understand correctly, Virginia law made freeing slaves difficult. It wasn't legal to just proclaim "you are now all free!"
