The Fire Tablet you must have to continue the story. You do not have to purchase the Fog Pot nor have 80 Demon Fangs. At this point you must find Kaguya in Sasa Sanctuary (where you fought one of the Canine Warriors) and play a digging minigame with her. She'll give you the Fire Tablet in return.

Is it me or do almost all the main female characters turn out as 'babes' as Issun have said before O.o For ex: kushi, princess fuse, etc.
