how to speed up utorrent 2.2

this is my 2nd tweak on how to speed up utorrent 2.2, it works for me and i hope to those people says that my first video did not work for them will now be tweak with this video... thankz a lot...

@NiszBaby u might need to open ur ports i tried his way it only went bit up i opened my ports know im at 5mb average
