OK, First off each courier service is decent in their own way. I work for UPS, but i still have respect for FedEx. They do the same jobs we do, maybe not in volume, but its the same job none the less. As for the people complaining about damaged packages, i would like to see you get into a feeder trailer and TRY to load hundreds of packages of all sizes and weight in less than 4 hours. Mind you, the packages are coming to you rapidly, that sets your work pace. Stop complaining, a lot is done 4 u

Bad cummins08 ups truck is full because it has next day same day overnight ground and air packages if your literate you can read fed ex EXPRESS (next day same day and overnight) and GROUND( everything else) we shipped 17 million boxes Monday UPS shipped 22 million the whole week wonder who's got more business??

It's true that UPS has a terrible reputation, offline and online... the number of Youtube videos on UPS fails is incredible!! Never gonna use their service.

You see more UPS drivers, because we deliver more packages. And those 4 trucks you see are probably filled 100%. I've seen the back of a FedEx truck, I could do cartwheels in the back if I wanted too. UPS WINS.
