Both Republicans and Democrats are so die hard israeli supporters that they only leaders that have a chance to make peace in that region are the independents like Nader (and ron paul , even though he considers himself republican). If you are 100% unilateral on this issue, you cannot achieve peace. All the republican candidates are scary evil when it comes to israel. They are pretty much saying "stand with israel" , screw all the arabs. Dangerous

@montezoma anti-semitic is used incorrectly. The israeli's (keep in mind many of them are from Europe) call arabs anti-semitic... and arabs are Semitic people. Probably more so than the european jews that came to palestine in the 30's.

It's not correct to say that 80% of American have steadfast support of Israel. There has never been such a poll. It's clear that way OVER 80% of politicians AND the media DO support the Zionist agenda though. That's the top-down kind of manipulation that Zionists work toward. Why bother trying to manipulate, bribe or threaten 300 million Americans when the best way is to make sure that the media and politicians toe the Zionist agenda.
