scenes from the pilot episode of Borderlands

The Sauk Centre House was built in 1863 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. In 1900, it had burned to the ground. The Palmer House was built in its place in 1901 using the same substructure. It remains one of the most haunted locations in America.

We arrived at Suak Centre to document the history and the apparent paranormal activity of the Palmer House. An investigation was led by historian, co-founder of the International Paranormal Society and host of Darkness Radio, Adrian Lee, as well as psychic sensitives by the name of Lisa Lee and Tim Baxton.

filmed & edited by Greg Kudanovych

produced by Greg Kudanovych & Dan Murphy

associate produced by Isaiah Holl

starring Adrian Lee, Dan Murphy, Greg Kudanovych, Lisa Lee, Kelley Freese, Isaiah Holl & Tim Baxton

special thanks to Kelley Freese & The Palmer House Hotel, Adrian Lee and the Sauk Centre Area Historical Society

  • i've been there a few times and my uncle even spent the night there. He stayed in room 16.

  • Continued from last post. and for those of you who don't know Sinclair Lewis was the first American to win the Nobel Prize in Literature.

  • lived in sauk centre most my life, be about 5 years since then about 4 year since i was able to visit on a regular basis. didnt even know it was considered haunted until 3-4 years ago. youd think for such a haunted place there would be some well known ghost stories floating around, especially in the schools considering there is nothing to do barring seeing a movie for school age kids in town. Tbh i'd much rather check out the boyhood home of Sinclair Lewis a couple block down the same street.

  • What music did you use in this production? I would love to have it!

  • Weird, Adrian Lee was my Art Teacher back in 2003

  • This place doesn't need an exorcism. The basement needs a thorough cleaning and some light. Recommend Extreme Makeover.

  • i went there for lunch ._. but didnt get to stay in a hotel room :c

  • @NickMskateboarding same!!weird never knew either

  • wow...im from sauk centre and i cant beleve this place is known throughout america
