  • Hi Sally...you've inspired me to try the lentils, so I have a big bag of green lentils and a big bag of red lentils and I don't know what to do with them, lol! How exactly do you prepare them? I read the instructions on the back, but there was no mention of flavouring, etc. Thanks!!

  • Sally I bought lentils last night from Trader Joes and had them with the Greek yogurt on top. Awesome!!!!! It was so filling and satisfying, thanks for that tip :)

  • Wonderful ideas!! I live a very very tiny town, having a LOT of trouble finding quinoa...any thoughts?

  • I'm trying to get into quinoa, have no clue how to use it. How do you eat it? Also what's the link for your cooking lentil recipe, you make them look so good

  • Great tip on making your own peanut butter. What kind of blender do you have?

  • @mypombella oh yes!

  • I have been afraid that a protein bar would make me dump? Is it worth a try to see if I can tolerate it!

Cool video! Neat to know what you eat!

  • Thank you for this helpful video. I am going to grab some ideas to use in my daily life.

  • Loved this video Sally!!
