Good to find this site. My husband and I used to live in StL. (We now live in Boston) We lived in SouthGrand area, then Benton Park. My in-laws have a home in Lafayette Square.

Some really good friends there - PrideFest had a good line-up this year. Sounds like you guys are doing well in StL.

We (hubbie, me and our 4-year old son) marched together in Boston Pride this year. Not quite like PrideFest - Boston will have several hundred thousand folks lining the streets (in good weather).

being 62 - I'd be a prize old bonsai tree in China! - I started attending a group in Seattle meeting to start addressing issues of senior members of the rainbow community in Seattle. I am liking it. We hope to get people interested in attending a Seattle GLBT Film Fest movie on Oct 8 titled "10 More Good Years" and begin to organize on issues relating to the aging community which I hope after years of enjoying and sharing your wonderful lives you get a chance to quietly enjoy bye

We have a really similar thing on in Dublin once a year in August called the Festival of World Cultures, I love them, have tons of really nice things aswell as foods from different cultures, glad you guys had a good time :) Hope you's are well xxx
