On Jan 20, 2010 United Mountain Defense volunteer Matt Landon was arrested with two reporters on a roadway leading to the TVA Coal Ash Disaster.
TVA promptly reported that all three individuals were in and on top of ash loaded rail cars which was a false statement.
All three were charged with criminal trespass.
The Tennessee Valley Authroity created the world's largest coal fly ash disaster on Dec 22, 2008 in Roane County, TN.

  • Same thing is beginning here in Alabama at the Perry Co. Ash Hole. The difference here is the cops do not have federal authority to harass people. Give them time. TVA is spreading like a cancer upon the land.
