Auditioning for Doon99P's character in "Nostonia".

Originally, it was entitled with "Romanian Accent", but a person from Romania told me I sounded more like Ukraine, so I changed that in the title. THEN a person from Ukraine said that it sounded more Polish and Russian, so I just retitled it "Eastern European" to cover everyone over there and make everybody happy. I hope that does it! Now everyone keeps telling me what it is or isn't.

Please stop. This was for audition and entertainment purposes, and is NOT open for debate on which it sounds like the most!

  • Well, since WWI actually. There was a brief time where Transylvania was under Hungarian occupation during WWII, but Transylvania has been part of Romania since WWI or so =). So, Transylvania is only part of Romania, so it still exists as it's own place.

  • okay, i'm pretty sure he was working as an actor to create an accent, not working to perfect a specific dialect. how could he sound more like one than another? it probably has aspects from many eastern european accent he's heard. but, i guess the internet was made for bickering....

  • @OperaGhostess So right now you know more about my nation's history then I do? Please, give me a break. I don't know where you got that nonsense but Transylvania belonged to Hungary well before 1000. Officially from 1003 it was part of Hungary. For periods it got autonomy, but It never belonged to Romania before 1918.

  • @teboly I am not wrong actually. Do some research. And wiki is not a reliable source, it can be changed and altered by anyone with an internet connection.

  • @OperaGhostess You couldn't be more wrong. Check Transylvania on wikipedia.

  • @imred3345l Ah. Ok.

  • @anthrocrane the main character in GTAIV lol
