People that have gone out and got the new CS3 and CS4 Flash software are forced to learn the new AS3 code which could be a real deal breaker for alot of people that are used to the AS2 language.

The easier way to convert to AS2 from AS3 is to click on that option in the opening screen. When Adobe Flash opens up, you get a menu screen and right in the middle you have the option to either use Actionscript 3.0 OR Actionscript 2.0. Choose AS2 and you are ready.
