@Rankmoistmeat i know plenty of young'uns that would jump at the chance to see the pixies live, of course they may not be as explosive as they were when they were 20, but they still rock alot harder than most of the shit out there these days, that's for sure.

As someone who lived and loved them in the 80s and 90s, I can say they rock as much now as they ever did. Really, you sound like such a douche. Just...stop.

@Rankmoistmeat This band can still capture their live essence. Seeing a band like Talking Heads reform to tour wouldn't be the same that is for sure, but it would be nice to hear new music created by those musicians as a band.

Pixies should continue to create new music. I think for the fans of old, it would be nice to hear new material at this stage of their career. I've seen them live five times now and I wouldn't mind hearing old tunes mixed in with the new stuff off an album I just bought.
