Congratulations on this achievement! This Scherzo is a little more allusive than it actually looks. I've always felt it to be slightly mercueial in places. Chopin once said the opening triplets should be played like a charnel house. Well done. I'll listen to again....

This really is one of my absolute favorite pieces by Chopin, played that too, but that's a while ago...and my performance was not that good at all.

Fabulous, and I'd rather hear you than Richter. The old masters loose their hutzpa from time to time. You mentioned Scherzo #3, that you might be learning it sometime.., hopefully sooner than later.
