  • @Machammerballs I couldn't disagree more. I find the English dub of this show to be superior to the subs. The voices fit better, the dialog is fantastic, and it's one of the greatest dubs ever.

  • A true ladies man.

  • @strife93 I watch the show with subs as I can speak abit of Japanese (though not enough to understand the story, hence subs). For me Spike's dubbed voice sounds like an action man; his Japanese one sounds fatalistic, like he's following Bushido and waiting to die in battle.

I'll admit I'm bias though; I lived in Japan so enjoy hearing the language and all its sounds and intonations. I just think the dub loses the subtlety of the original.

  • @Machammerballs A suppose you're one of those people who assume that you're smarter because you watch foreign films with subtitles.

  • @GreenGearMood You are just straight stupid and your opinion has no meaning here, troll. If you don't like it, don't post about it. Simple.

  • @gamingguy90 thank u

  • This is everyone's favorite episode. Which annoys me. I was watching JO's top 10 bebop episode video and saying repeatedly "Put ANYTHING but Ballad of Fallen Angels at #1. Just don't. For fuck sake. Pick something else."

:I I don't get the PULL of this particular episode. I hate the cookie-cutterness of Vicious. He's just a grinning douche who spouts HEAVY-HANDED POETRY. I could've come up with his persona, but I would've done it ironically. Vincent was leagues more interesting.

  • @atmhso Well, I'm very proud of him, while I do doubt that's accurate. It still sounds bad. They voice actors sound like they're just reading lines.

  • @Machammerballs The creator has said he considers the English dub to be the definitive version of the show.

  • @gamingguy90 Agree to disagree my friend. To me the English sounds wooden and detracts, that said, if you enjoy the show dubbed = good for you man, it;s a rad show either way.
