In this day in age, especially in Milwaukee, no poll worker is going to know all the people that come to the polling place. They would be luck if they knew 10% of the people. Sorry, not buying it! Wisconsin has a no identification validation voter law. If a person already registered to vote, at one time, with identification; they never again have to show proof of identification. So, the 'dead person' scenario that the officer mentioned absolutely CAN happen. All a person, or group of people, need is a list of dead people, or people who have medical problems that keep them from voting (ie. advanced care nursing homes).
