It is not hinduism. Zorastrians are Persians, Iranians. At the time of Arab invasion, a group of them moved and resided in current India to avoid being forced to convert to religion to Islam. The rest of Persians either killed or forced to convert to pay less tax and save their wives and children from being slaved.

Thank you very much for this excellent philosophical interpretation. I am a Zoroastrian from Iran, the land of zartosht, and I am proud of being a Zoroastrian.
Indeed this kind of unique interpretation clearly shows how the instructions of Zoroaster has been taken by Sufists: the search for the absolute truth, avoiding selfishness, and finding the righteousness. The teachings of Zoroaster has spread throughout the world and his words have penetrated almost all religions.

born in the Parsee faith but married to a hindu
has always made me ask the Question WHY?
