  • Greek yogurt is better with Honey.

I have mine with honey (less than 1oz) a low fat granola and some sort of dried fruit & like her almonds.

i'll have to try the kashi cereal.

PS this is better for children for breakfast than sugary cereals. It's WAY higher in protien (20g in a cup) and if you have honey and berries the sugars in these items are processed slower and stay with them till lunch.

  • Because there are stupid young morons on youtube who deserve a future at Mcdonalds ^^

  • Omg, I need to get more greek yogurt. I put cut up stawberries, blueberries and honey in Vanilla/Honey Yogurt and put a crushed up sugar cone on top. It tastes like a desert and it's like 300 calories and VERY filling.

  • nice body

  • Kashi is full of soy (soy is nasty stuff. It's not a health food miracle. It's crappy filler.). This woman is also much too skinny. She looks like a crack head.

  • THATS A TINY BREAKFAST!!! ITS HONESTLY NOTHING.

EAT MORE, WOMAN! THAT SHIT WONT KEEP YOU FULL FOR MORE THAN 10 MINS!

  • @godtoldmeto Genetically egineered plants aren't bad for you though. Look it up.

  • she eats so little

  • enough of this media whore

  • @godtoldmeto they weren't always owned by kelloggs. that switch was made only a couple years ago, and their ingredients have not been compromised.
