Life in prison is the destruction of one's life. The way I see it, falsely accusing someone of rape is on par with attempted murder.

@DevakiPolaris when it comes to rape or dv, you are arrested, charged, and then investigated. Its done this way to protect womens rights; otherwise its believed that women will not come forward. What its done is created an explosion in false rape/assault claims. The man will then have to reveal his 20yr sex history while the "Victim" can't have her history examined at all; even if she's made other claims. Thats the law; I know; I've been thru it and proving she lied cost me 30grand

@CCRider100 You are absolutely correct , filing a false claim should be prosecuted. Putting the woman is jail is what should be done in all cases that they lie and make up shit. It needs to be a severe penalty, especially for a false rape accusation. The thing is making a woman prove it, ie produce admissible evidence, if they did that first, most of these false claims would never get past the first stage, saving a man a long hard fight.

Right, because it is not possible for a women to just be a f#cked up evil cow, it must be some other reason beyond her control. Society needs to start holding adults accountable for their actions, especially women who are far too often given a free pass in this regard.

Was charged with filing a false police report WTF!!!! She should have been prosecuted specifically for filing 6 false rape charges with 2 years minimum sentence for each. If no such law exists, then make one. Giving our "feminized" legal system, that will never happen.

She could have ruined 6 innocent lives, was found guilty of lying and got only one year in jail as punishment. Adults should be held accountable for their actions. She got off way too easy.

The only reason they put her in jail is she defrauded the county,it has nothing to do with her filing a false claim. The best way to stop all these false claims is to make the women prove it, go back to the standard of evidence that is used in all criminal cases. The accused are innocent until proven guilty!! Not the other way around. Make them have a witness or some other unbiased evidence. A woman claim for any crime should not be enough, I know it would not be enough if I made a claim.

How sad for the real vitims here. Anyone can be falsely accused and there's nothing you can do, our family has gone through a similar nightmare.
