I may post a tutorial on running Windows 8 from within an existing Windows installation at a later date if this video is well-received. To run Windows 8 like this, you need:
-At least 4GB RAM (with at least 2GB free)
-At least 20GB free HDD
-Windows 8 MSDN preview (http://wdp.dlws.microsoft.com/WDPDL/9B8DFDFF736C5B1DBF956B89D8A9D4FD925DACD2/WindowsDeveloperPreview-64bit-English.iso)
-VirtualBox visualization software (http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.1.2/VirtualBox-4.1.2-73507-Win.exe)
-A 64-bit multi-core CPU that supports hardware visualization
