My Tanning Story and Bare Minerals Faux Tan

This video was inspired by a viewer (thank you!) inquiring on my "tanning story"-I was an indoor tanner for many years and last year it caught up to me, I was dx with basal cell carcinoma on my left shoulder. This summer I will have another spot taken off, suspicious of skin cancer. This is my story, and my advice is stay out of the sun! I like a healthy glow just as much as the next person, and I recently started trying Faux Tan by Bare Minerals. I love it!

I just wanted you to know I just stumbled across your channel because I love Mally products but this video is what I had to comment on. I am also 31 and have done a lot of tanning in my life. I'm also starting to get sunspots and crow's feet around my eyes. I never thought past the great sun-kissed look to what it could mean in the future. You helped me rethink my tanning habit. Thanks so much for wanting to share your story! :) I think the faux tan is the only BE product that did not work for me :(. I ordered it last year in the TSV when it came with the brush. I found it dried to quickly and i didn't really have time to blend it in. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with the product, but I currently use strike gold sunless tanning from bath and body works and love it!

I use a teeny tiny bit on my face too. Many times I just do my cheeks :) I also use a disposable Buf-Puf pad with a lil soap on it to clean my hands and I never get streaky hands! I feel so much more in control with my hands. I've been using the Bare Escentuals Faux Tan for like six months now :)
