That's entirely up for debate. Hinamori, I believe, just sees Hitsugaya as a younger brother. Hitsugaya may very well be in love with her, but I doubt we'll ever find out. XD

@mr1234sharingan 1. I don't even know what school day is... 2. He doesn't even know Karin in the Manga. 3. He is strong. I never said he wasn't. However, if Momo were to die, he'd most likely go through hell considering she IS one of his closest friends. I recall him saying that he would give up his position as captain if it ment he was able to kill Aizen and protect Momo. and yes, she is needed in the show.
