I've been watching these prank JJ calls tonight and I've been amused. I must admit, however, that this one is disturbing. I worked in an admin position at a crisis center years ago and I do know that a lot of the people who take crisis calls are actually volunteers. In their training they are taught to take all calls seriously. When a caller mentions suicide or uses the term "kill myself" etc it can create extreme stress and anxiety for the crisis worker.
This young woman was very sincere.
