stock is about 320 not 350. and exhaust helps alot with back pressure and stuff considering turbos run off exhuast gasses. the bigger the turbine and compressor in the turbo, the higher ouput it has. a good tune can do alot. also look up intercoolers. add between 50-150hp if done right. internals, cam, gearing... theres just so much you can do to increase output.

@DjTommyKx turbo lag has become a bit of a misused word..... while yes, you WILL experience lag using older technology turbos, new turbos that have came out in the last 6 years or so are so well designed that lag is kept at a minimum.

but then again, you're not going to experience any sort of lag when your driving a car of this caliber in a daily driver situation since the torque output on a 2JZ is enough to not need to ever get into boost..... unless you want to

@jvs8864 Turbo lag is a MASSIVE factor when more importantly picking parts to build and also tune. I am definately building a 2jz in my lifetime I am also thinking of just buying a supra.

@alexoprel Cold air intake and the exhaust. Put on a racing pod and a crome down pipe if you want for the look and extractors. ~15% power increase for non turbo and its not that big of a mod.

@tanabe4 hey thanks man. Ya I'm a certified mechanic, owned a twin turbo-6, now I'm more about turbo-4's. But ill always love the supras. There such amazing machines and its a shame toyota doesn't want them on the streets anymore.
